The Constitution is not a living document to be interpreted how you want it to be. It is to be interpreted to when it was written. No federal armies existed.

@burgessev We have to address both; unfortunately there are so many hand guns and automatic weapons out there that it will take many years to reduce the #s. No one wants to take rifles and shotguns away from hunters; They are probably the most careful and judicious in their use and storage
