That’s a wrap on week two for Summer Camp at SAAS! These Middle School campers explored fun sights in the city, created awesome artwork in the art studio, and wow’ed us all with (very) cool magic tricks! Looking forward to welcoming new and returning campers on Monday for Week 3!

Congrats to junior Colson S. for winning a National Scholastics Gold Medal for his photograph “Smoke”! Colson will be attending the 2022 Awards Ceremony at Carnegie Hall in NY. Not only does he receive a medal but Colson’s photograph will be displayed in an art gallery in NYC.

A big shoutout to the SAAS girls doubles team of Aiyana Abbott and Sophia Fonseca who finished second in the 1A State doubles tournament. The girls lost a tough, hard fought three set final today 3-6, 6-4, 7-5. Thanks girls and congratulations for a great season! @SeattleAcademy
