@micheal_ws18 All of those things you mentioned do not make a session “proper.” Proper is subjective to goals. Even if they did, that + the workout can be completed within an hour.

I feel like people who say “you only need an hour in the gym” aren’t really factoring in warming up, cooling down, stretching, and everything else that goes into a proper session. They’re basically just walking in, lifting, and walking out. Done.
