The question is this: can computational tools better accommodate innovation, or, on the contrary, do they lead to neglecting innovation because they rely on quantifiable metrics? 4. As @groza_teodora and I argue, computational tools not only help greatly in giving innovation more room, but they are the best way forward. We provide theoretical reasons, and many examples.
