He built Buu’s chaotic nature from pure imagination Oda just takes real world historical figures or clichés, changes their names, and calls it a villain Oda is great at a lot of things like world-building, but unique villains just aren't one of them

@SebastinPortals Let's slow down because Toriyama also drew heavy inspiration from movies, tokusatsu and manga like astro boy. Like the concept of "androids" came from the first Kamen Rider who was a cyborg, and the idea for Goku black arc came from fake Ultraman episode.
