No student should go hungry because their family can't afford to pay for breakfast or lunch. American students are happier and learn better when they're provided the nutrition they need. The Ruby Bridges Act gets an 'A+' in helping our children succeed.

As promised, the Department of Education's website will soon be live! The website will feature centralized, easy-to-access information regarding the department and all the work we do to help prepare our children to be the next leaders of an ever-changing world.

In the coming days, the Department of Education will announce a set of initiatives as part of our #EducationIsKey mission statement, along with a website for quick, up-to-date, and centralized information regarding the department. More information very soon!

My confirmation signals the beginning of a new era for the U.S. Department of Education. Thank you to President Michaels, as well as the United States Senate, for granting me this opportunity. Let's get to work.

Thank you to everyone who attended the cookout event! Our Blue Devil graduates appreciate it, and I hope you all had fun! I'd also like to give out a special thank you to our SGA + all involved faculty for helping plan and work the event.

I come from a family of educators. I knew early on that I wanted to follow in their footsteps in educating the next generation of America, which is why I've committed two decades to doing so. I truly am honored to have been nominated for Secretary of Education.

The success of our children in their education will decide the future of our country. It's imperative that education be one of the main focus points of our elected officials.

Have a great weekend, RCHS Blue Devils, and a special congratulations to the graduating class of 2023 on a job well done! We're all very proud of you.

I'm happy to announce that I endorse Senator James Speedy for Governor! He will work bipartisanly to produce results for all of New York, and I know that he has what it takes to lead our amazing state.

America didn't vote for Catherine Durant.

The findings regarding Governor Levy's recent actions are disheartening for every New Yorker. It will not go unpunished. Rest assured that the Assembly will aid in delivering due justice as swiftly as possible.

My heart goes out to the family of Firefighter Liam Grant, who has sadly passed away, as announced just a few minutes ago. He was a hero in life and will forever be remembered as such for his brave and selfless work.

I send my best wishes to Assemblywoman Sinclair and her family on their new, upcoming journey in Vermont--a state of natural beauty, much like New York. Although our time working together in the New York State Assembly was brief, I know that she will make a great U.S. Senator.

I condemn Governor Levy's actions to the fullest extent.

I'm looking forward to leading the New York State Assembly in aiding Governor Levy's work making our state a better place for all New Yorkers.
