Dunga and others had to implement a court order which they found there, and chemical toilet is the Xhakaza mess, were a person lost a life, u don't even know the security tender was in court

@Sech76 @Enghumbhini Scrutinize things, I will tell you these, officials that preside over tenders in most municipalities and government structures are all ANC members, not forgetting MM, CFOs,DGs etc, they oversee procurement etc, they decide who gets what, that has not changed for the past 30 years
