This Claude course can give you back 20+ hours/week you’re currently wasting on manual GTM work. Last month, 3,000+ founders and agency owners asked for access… I couldn’t send it to everyone. So I’m opening it again, for a limited time. Inside, you’ll see the exact Co-work setup to turn Claude into a real system that: → pulls your reports automatically → triages your inbox → monitors your tools → runs scheduled tasks daily (no manual trigger) This isn’t prompts. It’s a plug-and-play GTM system. Like + comment "COWORK" and I’ll send you the full course for free. Connect with me so you don’t miss the DM. Open for 72 hours.

Most businesses don’t fail. They stall. Leads don’t get answered fast enough. Follow-ups slip. Work waits. And momentum quietly disappears. Your system works. But only if you keep pushing it.

Stop starting your day by pulling data from dashboards. What if the intelligence was pushed to you instead? A private written brief PLUS an AI-narrated podcast delivered every morning at 7:00 AM that tells you exactly what changed overnight across every branch.  The risks, trajectory shifts, and what needs your attention first. No logins. No digging. Just clarity before your first meeting. Would a daily 7am executive brief change how you run your company?

The real difference between traditional dashboards and executive intelligence isn’t the charts. It’s what each system is willing to accept as input. Dashboards need clean, structured data from your systems of record. But the early warning signals that actually matter usually live in messy forwarded emails, free-text manager updates, and unstructured daily chatter. This is why the gap matters so much for multi-branch companies.

You invested in dashboards to “see everything.” Yet problems flagged at the branch level still catch leadership by surprise weeks later. Why? The reporting lag. An issue starts at the branch → moves through layers of management → gets stripped and sanitized into a clean spreadsheet cell → finally lands in a dashboard. By then, the urgent narrative is gone. Have you ever felt this lag in your own organization?

Imagine starting every week already knowing the 12 signals that actually matter across your entire company. No dashboards. No digging. Just clarity. I created a free checklist that shows you exactly which 12 operational signals most multi-branch CEOs are currently blind to. Grab it here: mondayceobrief .com (Especially valuable if you run medical devices, mobility, manufacturing, logistics, or franchise operations)

While everyone cheers “the API is the UI”… We built the superior model. Legacy BI still forces CEOs to *pull* fragmented data from dashboards. MondayCEOBrief does the opposite. Our AI Chief of Staff ingests every branch signal 24/7, synthesizes trajectory + risks + memory, and **pushes** a private narrated brief straight to the CEO every morning. No login. No digging. Immediate readiness. We’re now exposing this full intelligence layer via a minimal API + MCP layer so any agent can query or act in real time. **Push for humans. Headless for agents.** This is how multi-branch companies actually win in the agent era. #Agentic #AIChiefOfStaff

MondayCEOBrief is the first AI Chief of Staff built for the agent era: your branches and systems feed the brain 24/7, agents process at scale humans never could, and the CEO still wakes up to a perfect narrated brief. Headless by design. Human-friendly by choice.

Giving away the exact Custom Skills Folder we use inside Claude Code to write our cold email sequences at ColdIQ. Trained on the same emails that have generated over $10M for our clients. Plus the master prompt we engineered to clone their buyer psychology. I've tested every AI model for cold email. ChatGPT. Gemini. Grok. They all produce okay copy. But okay doesn't get replies. Claude Code is the first one that changed that. It doesn't come off as AI. It comes off as your best AE on a good day. How it works: > Drop in a target website, a LinkedIn URL, or a detailed ICP > It returns a 3-step outbound sequence > Fully optimised for Instantly > Under 45 seconds, start to finish It feels conversational. Opens strong. Ready to launch in your campaigns. Most people are still prompting ChatGPT to "write a cold email." This is what running 7-figure outbound in the background actually looks like. Want the Skills Folder, the master prompt, and the full system? → Like this post and follow me → Comment "EMAIL" and I'll send you the link.

Mark Zuckerberg is building his own AI Chief of Staff at Meta. Brian Armstrong built one at Coinbase. Now @jack wants ~6,000 employees reporting directly to him — layers dropping from ~5 to basically zero. I built MondayCEOBrief.com so multi-branch CEOs can have that same super-direct visibility today: real-time Situation Room data + a private AI-generated podcast + written brief that lands every morning and tells you exactly what changed across the company. No dashboards. No digging. Multi-branch CEOs — DM me for a 10-min demo.

So @jack wants ~6,000 employees reporting directly to him in the new version of the company. Layers between CEO and any employee in the company: ~5 today → 2-3 this year → basically zero

Real talk: Your branch managers are sending you emails and CSVs every week. But you’re still missing signals like: → EU MDR deadline in France → US port congestion → Competitor pricing drop in Poland I just released the free 2-page checklist that names all 12 critical signals most multi-branch CEOs are blind to. Instant download here: mondayceobrief .com (Perfect for med-device, mobility, manufacturing & logistics CEOs with 3–15+ branches)

AI won’t replace executives. But as workflows become fully autonomous, middle managers without real AI fluency will quickly become irrelevant. The gap is opening right now.

AI productivity gains don’t kill jobs — they redefine them. Branch managers stop being data entry clerks and become strategists. Frontline teams move from repetitive tasks to high-judgment decisions. The operators who get this early win.
