There’s a guy in Fintech who is a full on narcissist. Calls himself ‘the guru of fintech’ but offers no insights or original predictions. Companies who work with his organisation don’t give him repeat business and he fires anyone who disagrees with him. You know who it is…

@DexterCousins On the whole yes. But if attrition at all levels (including senior level) is high it’s a bit of a red flag. Retaining great existing staff especially at seniors levels should be priority 1 as rehiring at those levels can be costly and lengthy

There seems to be a trend of Fintech’s– who are known to have terrible company cultures – but promote externally about culture and how great they are at looking after employees. Why is your attrition so high then? #practicewhatyoupreach
