@HannahEDaly Very cool, does the new battery have active thermal management? That was the main concern with our old leaf.

My 10-year old Nissan Leaf, from the first generation of EVs, has had a new battery and a new lease of life. The old battery will have a nice retirement, powering and heating my home with clean and cheap electricity. Battery technology is a game changer in so many ways.

@hjwakerley @AutoTrader_UK ADHD can be summarised as endorphin chasing. Cars are a easy way to sort that + really leans into the hyper fixation trait. Also explains why after buying the car things become boring. (Plus bonus flight/fight panic over running a fleet). Brains are weird.

Might be rejecting a car tomorrow, never done it before but had a few issues over the last week or so and it’s dented my confidence in the vehicle. Hopefully it won’t be a big battle.
