Fabulous support for Dementia Action Week: Dementia Friendly Sefton members, yesterday @ Atkinson in Southport more than 70 contacts were made with services including Alzheimers Society. Sefton Carers, Sefton Council Assistive Technology, LWS and Brighter Living Partnership

This evening we’ve been at the High Park Project Conference 2023 showcasing some highlights of the project so far! We’ve heard from ‘Voices from High Park’ and learnt more about the impact of the project from locals and partners including @BrighterL, @LWSefton and @SPLW_Sefton
