The best part of building in a legacy industry is seeing experts who’ve mastered a niche over decades interact with top-tier engineers and product minds for the first time. That intersection is incredibly rare and exciting. Awesome to witness it.

Was lucky to attend the AI in Accounting event last night as part of @Techweek_. Came away genuinely inspired as the profession enters a new era. Less hours will be spent on low-value grunt work and more on strategy, advisory, and driving real client outcomes. With that shift, new opportunities and roles will emerge. Great event. Well done @CPAcom!

Trying to one shot cost segregation studies using Chatgpt or other AI models is a foolish undertaking. Cost segs, just like all accounting practices need to be broken down to individual tasks and then can be automated piece by piece using the appropriate tool
