In the second 'Bartzilla' level of Bart's Nightmare, tenants of the building throw objects to hinder him as he climbs. On the SNES; there's a rare chance they'll drop Sega Genesis consoles at him, however they'll throw their Super Nintendo consoles on the Genesis version.
