Segway #Navimow now rolling into its 7th week with a 7102 ‘Wheel Encoder’ fault that my local dealer is unable to repair due to parts shortages and potential lack of understanding what is causing fault. Online customer service and UK agent appear powerless to help. @Segway

Kennt ihr @Segway? Das ist für mich die Firma mit dem schlechtesten Reparaturservice ever. Seit 26.3. sollen die bei meinem eScooter einen Reifen wechseln. Statusanfragen werden mit schlechten Textbausteinen beantwortet. Das Fahrzeug gammelt in einer Halle in Sachsen-Anhalt rum.
