If the White House encouraged Chicago’s federal prosecutors in writing to indict the "Broadview Six," defense attorneys should be allowed to see it, a prosecutor agreed Thursday. But he told a judge it's unlikely. From @Suntimes: chicago.suntimes.com/immigration/20…

Court's adjourned. Perry noted that the defense is getting "80%" of what they asked for in the motion to compel. She said, "you will be getting everything that came to the U.S. attorney's office from the White House." But she asked for further briefing on some requests.
