We are so thankful to have resurrected Seipp’s with Metropolitan Brewing 4 years ago. We are where we are because of their knowledge and support. Yesterday we started brewing Seipp’s with @pilotprojectchi. We are excited for this partnership and to keep bringing you great beer!

May 1st marks the 130th anniversary of the start of the 1893 World's Fair. And a reminder--you could buy Seipp's beer then and now (minus an 80+ year hiatus in production).

The Bavarian Hefeweizen will make its triumphant return at @MetroBrewing Maifest. Hope you can make it!
