@drewlevin @hawolt Ranked shouldn't be enabled Level 1.
However I think a good thing to consider would be to make leveling to level 30 faster... cuz it does take a while even if you spam games with XP boosts.
Or request a 15-20 level requirement + complete very specific Milestones to unlock ranked?

so.. if you were able to purchase a smurf from riot, mmr based slightly below highest mmr attached to your hwid I don’t see the issue, ranked can be enabled level 1, trolling would get your main banned, riot makes money from account rather than xp boosts

given the jynxzi situation, why cant level 1 accounts directly play ranked? I remember in a dev blog they said they might need to add a rank below iron, woudnt it be possible to just let anyone with any experience play? a new player would just sit at the bottom of the ladder
