I’ve covered Eric Swawell since he was a member of the Dublin City Council. Shortly after being elected to Congress in 2013, his behavior towards women was known by all levels of our local government and the Alameda County Democratic Party.

MS NOW reports they have now seen contemporaneous corroborating evidence supporting the sexual assault claims made by a former staffer against Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA). The staffer confirmed her story and provided documents showing that, at the time of the incidents, she had discussed them with friends and doctors. While MS NOW obviously cannot render a verdict against Swalwell, he is clearly in tremendous legal and political trouble. As for the investigation now opened by the Manhattan DA against Swalwell, it is unclear which specific incident it pertains to. Either way, it is even more bad news for Swalwell. Many of his political supporters are now jumping ship and insisting he end his campaign for governor of California, including prominent Democrats such as Hakeem Jeffries and Nancy Pelosi. It seems inevitable at this point that Swalwell will end his gubernatorial campaign. The question now is whether he will even serve much longer in Congress and whether he will end up being prosecuted and jailed for sexual assault. Nobody should be surprised by what we are seeing revealed about Swalwell, especially considering his alleged love affair with the Chinese spy named Fang Fang. (msnow on YT)

I personally can't stand Eric Swalwell, but the idea that EVERY DEMOCRAT would instantly renounce him, and demand he exit the race of which he's been front-runner, without doing a shred of due diligence to verify anything, just reflects an ongoing disease endemic to the party

Amnesty is a free pass. It is what exists now. With the DIGNITY Act, you come forward, you face the law, you pass background checks, you pay what you owe, and you earn your place or you get deported. Criminals? Gone. 
American workers? Protected. Our national security depends on it. Our economy demands it. Our communities need it. And yes, our faith calls us to do this the right way, with order and accountability. That’s enforcement. That’s DIGNITY. Calling this amnesty is a lie that keeps a broken system alive and Americans paying the price.

This is a threat of genocide and merits removal from office. The President’s mental faculties are collapsing and cannot be trusted. To every individual in the President’s chain of command: You have a duty to refuse illegal orders. That includes carrying out this threat.
