@VicTraffic I just walked past this on #MaribynongRoad. Not sure what’s happened but saw a woman wiping away tears and paramedics attending to a man who was motionless on the ground + 2 police cars. It may have been same man I saw minutes before acting very agitated on #UnionRoad #AscotVale
