@MrCraigJBrown @sianasmith_ That happens a lot nowadays, mostly with commercial tapes. They ask for some kind of anecdote, mainly to get a gist of personality, but it is very frustrating when it hasn't nothing to do with the tape itself.

Absolutely hate self tapes that are ‘tell us about your love life’ what on earth has my private love life and experiences got to do with my acting ability please?? Nonsense.

@Marketing4Actor Get good self tape kit that works for your budget, space and lifestyle, don't jump right in and buy it all expensive because "they" said you should or because it "looks good". Waste of time and money.

Actors STILL getting self tapes in with less than 24hrs notice. Latest we heard an actor received one last night at 7pm, due today at 10am!!! 15 hours notice. NOT 👏 GOOD 👏 ENOUGH 👏
