I give up watching this league it’s so shit
Week after week it’s poor football, set piece dependent and the blatant corruption from referees is beyond repair
No care for supporters and just wanting more and more money to entice yanks to the league

It’s a contact sport, there is nowhere near enough contact for Cunha to go down so it’s not a penalty
Reverse the roles and this isn’t given on those grounds and rightly so

I’m probably in the minority, but I’m more annoyed about the defending than the officiating. 🤦♂️ Of course, Cunha throws himself to the floor inside the area, but Maxence is making no attempt to play the ball and he holds on for a split-second too long. 🤷♂️ #CPFC

I’ve said for a few weeks now that I feel Oliver Glasner’s time as our manger is over. He decided he was going to leave in October, made that news public in January despite the board telling him that it wouldn’t do any good and is now on a run of 1 win in 15 games in all competitions. I’ll always be incredibly grateful for what he has achieved as our manager, the FA Cup win legitimately felt like a life changing moment as a fan back in May of 2025 and still does now but I just don’t believe that he is now getting the best out of the group. Whether it’s just a tiny shift in intensity leading to poor results or something more serious, it now feels obvious that things aren’t going to improve particularly between now and the end of the season. Ultimately, however simplistic or basic it may sound, I believe that the manager of our football club should want to be there for the long haul, not just until his contract runs its course. I understood, in broad terms, the thought process behind not sacking him and allowing his deal to come to an end but it feels untenable from my point of view.

You just move to a star studded bowl and clubs expect people to feel at home straight away

For a long while, the product of the PL has slowly lost itself and the entertainment of it
For me, today was the final straw.
Pre-match felt more like being part of an event than a football match, it felt Americanised and performative. The continued lengthy VAR checks and not knowing what was happening, for a decision to still be wrong and unbelievably brain dead.
The boring and methodical style of play that everyone seems to adopt is dull and conformist. It isn’t football it’s just percentage ball
I cannot bring myself to turn up and be treated like a customer, be left in the dark with match defining decisions and be forced to watch the opposition keeper roll the ball of his studs in his own box for 20 mins
I love Palace but at some point enough is enough and today was the breaking point
