Another s 23 ultra user got green line without getting any software update for last two months. This is so bad 😖. Samsung really needs to step up and fix this stuff for their customers. Yeah, technically they might not have to since it's out of warranty, but come on, if they want people to keep trusting them, they gotta do something. Big brands can't just ignore these problems. They did offer free screen replacement for a limited period but if this problem keeps cropping up on future devices, samsung need to offer something like one plus did so that people can confidently buy their phones. If I am not wrong One Plus offers a lifetime free screen replacement for the latest devices experiencing the green line issue at least here in India. It's time samsung offers something like that or make sure green lines never pops.
