In Beech class, we have enjoyed learning about fossils and even got a chance to experience the whole process in fast forward motion: from burying an animal in layers of soil to watching it become sediment over time, to finally uncovering their remains and incredible fossils!

We had a fabulous week in Beech Class exploring the effects of magnets in science, learning to “Rally Coach” in maths to develop our technical language and collaborative skills, AND understanding balanced arguments in English with an interesting Conscience Alley.

We had a wonderful afternoon in Oak class today. Parents joined us to make some beautiful advent calendars. Thank you for joining us and getting the festive season started at Selling CE Shool!

What a phenomenal time we had today at the Canterbury Small Schools and Girls football tournament. Our small schools team came 4th, narrowly missing out on third place. An incredible performance from the girls lead to us conceding just one goal in the whole tournament, coming 1st
