Appreciate the feedback, we cannot share much about the ongoing case but we can assure you that it's all about LEA incompetence rather than the actual content and merchants that were using Sellix. That being said, we always had measures in place but sometimes it's very hard to automate decisions at scale for the examples you made. We hope to share more news soon for as for when we'll be able to let merchants recover their products, offerings and everything else.

You guys gotta stop letting ppl sell modded accounts. This has always been a issue. I seen many shops. I run my own for serials. I have 10k worth on there.. Its official and it's a actual business, licensed and all. But these small time account modders for games is what's bad for sellix...

@BradleyCrypto13 Hey, yes. We're actively working on this. Unfortunately we do not have any ETA at this time but once the site is back online, provided that we're able to get back the database, we will help all merchants retrieve their digital products and anything else related to their account.

Custom affiliate links, store codes and discount percentages🕴️‍♂️ We've released a couple of updates for the Affiliate System for Sellix merchants: Affiliate Custom links 🔗 Your affiliates can now request fully customized links to invite other people with. Affiliate Code 🧑‍💻 Besides custom affiliate links, users can now input the affiliate custom link as a coupon code on checkout Affiliate Customer discount 🪃 You can configure custom discounts and revenue percentage at the single-affiliate level now, without having to configure global values.

How it works - By default, both features are enabled for all Sellix merchants for free, you can manage them directly from your dashboard here: dashboard.sellix.io/settings/shop/… (it'll take a couple of minutes to go into effect) - Customers will see the gift cards displayed in your store, which is currently supported on the default and modern themes. You can add this section to any page or menu item with the URL /gift-cards: daniele.mysellix.io/gift-cards - We offer 7 predefined gift card options along with a customizable option, allowing customers to select the amount they wish to purchase. Customers also have the option to gift the card to someone else, which will be sent directly to the recipient’s email as a present. - Each gift card has a default redemption period of 1 year, after which it will expire. - Customers can find their purchased or gifted codes in their email or in the Customer Portal linked to your store: daniele.mysellix.io/customer/profi… - In the new Customer Portal section, users can view their details and gift cards, top up their balance, redeem codes, and even pay directly from their account. - Additionally, customers can preview available gift cards in your store, offering instant redemption and balance usage upon purchase.
