A clip has surfaced showing former Interior CS Fred Matiang'i
Commenting on the arrest of 5 goons who disrupted then DP Ruto, who is now the President.
Matiang'i delivered a strong warning, insisting that
Every citizen has the right to travel freely to any part of the country

We need to re-run videos from 2007/2008 post election violence. We have forgotten what violence can do to a country. What is going on in this country if not stopped will burn it to the ground

🚨JUST IN: Francis Atwoli has told Edwin Sifuna:
"You must look for me if you want to be Kenya's President."
He also claimed Sifuna has been sent to divide Western Kenya.
One thing I can't figure out...
Why does Atwoli sound like he's the gatekeeper of Western Kenya politics?
The more some leaders attack Sifuna, the more they make him look like someone they're worried about.
And they will not believe .

🚨 BREAKING: Alfred Mutua has said:
"Ruto is our Messi and Mbappé. He has done great things for us, and I humbly ask Kenyans to give him another term."
Notice one word: "us."
In my opinion, "us" isn't the ordinary Kenyan struggling with higher taxes, expensive food, rising electricity bills, or the cost of living.
"Us" is the political class-the people with government jobs, appointments, tenders, influence, and the privileges that come with power.
Ask yourself this: if you were in Mutua's position, enjoying the benefits of being in government, wouldn't you also call Ruto your Messi... maybe even Pelé?
Politics is often simple: people defend the system that rewards them.
To them, he's Messi.
To millions of ordinary kenyans who do you think he is ?
What's your take on Mutua's use of the word "us"?

I’ve seen some leaders claim, “Kalonzo has been in power for 40 years. What roads has he built?”🚨
That’s a deeply flawed argument.
Kalonzo has never been President or Roads CS. He's literally being attacked for not being a thief.
While some leaders mysteriously paved high-quality tarmac and built airstrips to their private doorsteps, Kalonzo chose clean hands.
It’s like a thief mocking an honest person: “You’ve worked for 20 years and still don't own a car. I stole money last year and now I drive a V8.”
At first, the argument sounds convincing. But the moment you ask how the wealth was acquired, it completely falls apart.
We’re so used to greedy politicians that we think a leader who doesn't steal is "weak." Wake up.
Who do you prefer: a leader who squeezes Kenyans for personal gain, or one who doesn't?
Leadership must be judged by the responsibilities an officeholder actually had, not by who accumulated the most.
Don't fall for the tricks. 🇰🇪

🚨 NEW: He was spotted in Kitui meeting a group described as "boda boda riders."
I watched the clip expecting to hear questions about fuel prices, rising taxes, the cost of living, or the challenges facing the boda boda sector.
Instead, the conversation was largely:
"Mko kibarua... hata sisi tumeona tuwatembelee... tumekuja kunywa maji..."
That left me with one question.
If there are government policies that have genuinely transformed the lives of ordinary Kenyans, why not highlight them in moments like this?
You and I know the answer to that.
In my opinion, that's what happens when a government has no single policy it can confidently point to as having improved the lives of ordinary Kenyans across the board.

🚨JUST IN: Amref International University (AMIU) plans to establish the Beyond Zero Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital as a teaching facility in partnership with the Beyond Zero Foundation.
The project aims to strengthen the training of healthcare professionals while improving maternal and child health services in Kenya and across Africa.
This is what happens when leaders build initiatives that outlive their time in office.
Margaret Kenyatta's Beyond Zero campaign is still being remembered for creating impact.
Can anyone point to a similarly impactful national initiative for women and maternal health that has come from the Office of the First Lady since then?
