Not forgetting the girls Netball tournament too! They faced some very tough opposition but can hold their heads high as they finished 4th out of 6 teams! Well done to the girls involved, you all did amazing! #TeamSelston

WHAT AN UNBELIEVABLE TRIP! THE BOYS ONLY WENT AND WON THE WHOLE THING! 5 games, 4 wins 1 draw and 0 goals conceded! Not a single goal conceded over the whole trip! What an effort! CHAMPIONES! #TeamSelston

Students up at 6.30am today (quite a surprise for a few of them) for breakfast. Tournament day for football and netball today! ⚽️ #TeamSelston

The winners were… Oliver C, Cameron BS and Ewan C! Geography, Sport, General Knowledge and Selston rounds. Questions included: “Who is the longest serving teacher at school?” And “What are the combined ages of the teachers on the trip?” One group kindly guessed 108!

Quiz this evening lead by Mr Sanderson. Teams are sorted by rooms - who’s going to win? 🤓

The boys travelled for about an hour to compete against local Spanish opposition. With the support of the girls there too, they managed to win 2-0! They played unbelievably and here’s a clip of Caelan F scoring his first ever goal! Let’s hope for more of the same tomorrow! ⚽️
