I, and so many of my family and friends, grew up learning about the evils of slavery, and the Holocaust, and what was done to the Native Americans here. It made me ABHOR the actions of those hateful people in history. It didn't make me not love America. It made me determined to never allow those things to happen again. The same people who talk so much about snowflakes and being soft are afraid their kids can't handle the truth so they want to whitewash it? That's PATHETIC.
