i think some who were apart of the foundation should be in jail. i would rather give credit to the devs of the projects that actually succeeded who got a grant than giving the foundation a pass on the scams and rugs they knew about. the way you framed your post isnt wrong its just plain being ignorant about the facts or you just dont care which is fine as well. but sugar coating it into this narrative is crazy.

Despite what some believe, the Hedera Foundation is responsible for supporting and funding most of the top projects you see today on the network. Without them we'd still be a DEXless L1 using wallawallet. Net positive IMO.

"Will not matter in the long term"... Only that it has significantly impacted the growth and development of this network and there is a very high chance it might never recover, as no one can get that funding back, money wasted is money wasted, the money that left Hedera treasury and got wasted cannot get a "do over". So where is the retail growth funding coming from now, now that its been wasted and "tactically extracted".?

The $ amounts are staggering if this is true. The reckless use of $HBAR to pay out "Grants" is unreal. I understand Grants and what they are used for but at this level it just seems like money laundering.
