However we do miss the personal touch. To create some balance, we decided to organize all hands meet every quarter. Some of our teammates travel almost 12 hours to attend these meetings. It gives all of us a chance to meet each other face-to-face and build life-long relationships

🏠🚗 We primarily have a remote working policy at Semsys. We realized that remote working is saving time with increased traffic and travel distance in our city. From financial point also it made sense with increased housing and rental costs. 🏠 🚗

🌟 Our second quarterly all-hands meet of 2023! 🌟 We had sessions on Taxes and Inter-personal communication and lots of fun team games.

Semsys completes 10 years today! Abhijit and I started Semsys in Nov 2012 with just the two of us. We are now a 55 member strong team. Its been an eventful and a very fulfilling journey.

We recently had a team lunch at Semsys. Met colleagues after almost 2 years. We meet online and speak on the phone regularly but nothing makes up for meeting in person. Some folks travelled almost 20 hours for the lunch meet! We still missed half the team! #team #semsys
