The Coalition stopped the WA GST rip-off.
Now Labor is opening the door to bringing it back.
Ed Husic has let the cat out of the bag and if Labor walks away from WA’s fair share, our state could lose billions.
Anthony Albanese must rule it out today.
No more broken promises.
Hands off WA’s GST.

At $25 billion a year in debt servicing (and rising), Labor’s interest bill could fund tax relief worth $1,600 a year for every taxpayer.

Response to statement from Paul Keating:
I always suspected that Paul Keating didn’t support Australian values, but now he has dropped any pretence.
To suggest it is “racist” to put Australian values at the centre of our immigration policy shows just how out of touch he is with Australians, as is the Labor Party.
This is the immigration policy we have to have. Immigration numbers are too high. Immigration standards are too low. And both must change.
It’s time for Paul Keating and the Labor Party to put Australians and Australian values first.

The Jewish community fought for the Bondi Royal Commission to uncover the truth about how antisemitic hatred led to the Bondi massacre.
Now Denis Richardson - the most experienced national security figure in the country - has resigned.
The Government must explain:
• Was he prevented from doing his job?
• What happens to the intelligence investigation?
• Will Australians still get the truth?

Muhammad Ayman Al-Hassan Hoolash - eligible for parole in May.
And Labor is about to pass a bill that will strip the Cth Attorney-General of accountability for federal parole decisions and hand that power to an unelected board.
The reported Hoolash case shows exactly why that is reckless. Labor wants the risk to stay with the community, but the accountability to disappear.
The Coalition will not support stripping the Attorney-General of accountability for federal parole decisions. Responsibility must stay with the Attorney-General.

No matter where I go, Australians tell me they have two major concerns for our country: the ever-rising cost of living and immigration levels, particularly when new arrivals do not share our values.
We hear you, we know this government is letting Australians down, and we will continue to hold their feet to the fire. These issues are too important to ignore and it is only through addressing them that we can all enjoy a brighter future.

The Australian Human Rights Commission just released its new Strategic Plan and it reads like a political manifesto.
This taxpayer-funded body declares that colonisers committed 'genocidal acts,' and that Indigenous sovereignty co-exists alongside Australian sovereignty.
These are not established legal facts.
No court has determined them. The Australian Parliament has not legislated them.
A body entrusted with shaping the national conversation on human rights must approach its work with impartiality: not be ideologically pre-committed before that work even begins.
I will be demanding answers at senate estimates.

Enough.
The Australian Human Rights Commission wants Australia to bring back 34 women and children from ISIS detention camps in Syria.
Have they learnt nothing?
ISIS is a murderous terrorist death cult responsible for barbarism, slavery and mass slaughter.
This is reckless. It is out of touch. And it should be rejected

VICTORY for Australia’s right to know. ✅
The Coalition has FORCED Labor to abandon its atrocious FOI Bill - a blatant bid to price Australians out of transparency and shield the Albanese Government from scrutiny.
Albanese promised openness. Instead, he’s addicted to secrecy.
FOI is a democratic safeguard. 🇦🇺
