My father died six months ago.
At the funeral, my older brother read the will out loud in front of everyone: “Everything goes to my eldest son.” Not a penny for me.
I smiled, hugged him, and told the relatives “he deserves it, he was always the responsible one.”
Yesterday I was clearing Dad’s old lockbox and found a second will. Dated two weeks later. Handwritten.
Notarised.
This one leaves the entire £1.4 million estate… to me.
And a letter explaining exactly why my brother was never supposed to see a single pound.
(What that letter said broke me.)
