Perhaps @SenatorGuthrie needs to be recalled. He’s obviously a rino and only cares about himself and his elitist buddies. We need a good man that cares about what Idahoans actually want, and send his rino ass packing.
Secure Idaho@secureIDelect

Idaho voters overwhelmingly support stronger immigration enforcement. Yet the scoreboard now looks like this: ❌ 5 enforcement bills killed, most by Sen. Guthrie 🟡 Others stalled 🟢 Only one moving forward Does this look like the legislature representing the will of the people?

Should a dog be allowed to trespass and chase wildlife on private property? SB 2114 creates a solution that protects property rights while respecting lawful hunting. Read my press release below. ⬇️

Oklahoma passed a law in 2023 to ban foreign ownership of land, but loopholes remained. Vague language like “shall become” a resident could not be enforced. I filed SB 1582 and SJR 31 to remove that language from state law and the Oklahoma Constitution and clearly require United States citizenship or lawful permanent residency. This closes the loopholes for good.

As we celebrate the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ, we’re reminded of the hope, peace, and joy that this season brings. I am so thankful for the blessings of family, faith, and the opportunity to serve the people of Oklahoma. “For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder.” — Isaiah 9:6 May your Christmas be filled with love, laughter, and the presence of those who matter most. From our home to yours, Merry Christmas and God bless! 🎄

Tulsa Tech is doing great things. Their aviation program is top notch. They even let me fly the simulator where I took off and landed at Riverside Airport (without crashing)!
Tulsa Tech@tulsatech

A BIG thank you to @SenatorGuthrie for coming to visit. We were excited to welcome you to our Riverside campus and showcase our incredible Aviation programs as well as introduce you to students. #mytulsatech

What happened at OU is unacceptable and a betrayal of what a university should be. Students go there to learn, not be lectured by activists posing as professors. Until OU fixes this and removes the professor responsible, I won’t vote for a single dollar of funding for the University of Oklahoma. Oklahoma students deserve better than this.
TPUSA_OU@TurningPointOU

For a psychology course at the University Oklahoma, Samantha Fulnecky was asked to write a 650-word essay reacting to an article about how people are perceived based on societal expectations of gender. In her essay, Fulnecky argued that traditional gender roles should not be considered stereotypes. She cited the Bible to support her stance that eliminating gender in society would be "detrimental" because that would put people "farther from God's original plan for humans." She received zero points out of 25 on the essay. Transgender professor, Mel Curtis, said Ms. Fulnecky, failed to use empirical evidence/and called parts of her essay offensive. "To call an entire group of people 'demonic' is highly offensive, especially a minoritized population," the instructor wrote in the online grading platform. Fulnecky says she followed the assignment guidelines and should not be penalized for her religious viewpoints. OU officials point to the formal grade-appeal process as the student awaits a decision. We at Turning Point OU stand with Samantha. We should not be letting mentally ill professors around students. Clearly this professor lacks the intellectual maturity to set her own bias aside and take grading seriously. Professors like this are the very reason conservatives can't voice their beliefs in the classroom. Kuddos to Samantha for leading by example and standing up for what she believes in. @UofOklahoma , do better! #universityofoklahoma #trans #woke @ou_president @uofoklahoma @TPUSA @GovStitt @theoudaily @ounightly @SenadorJett @senmullin

China is ruled by a totalitarian regime that puts the survival and supremacy of the Chinese Communist Party above all else, and misunderstanding this has cost us dearly, I testified today with @tcrawlings at the @oksenate Judiciary Committee, at the invitation of @SenatorGuthrie. My opening statement: ept.ms/JanOKSenate1 Q&A with Tom Rawlings: ept.ms/JanOKSenate2 It was a pleasure and honor to visit @OklahomaCity_OK for the first time!

Texas Democrats left the state to block a quorum. In Oklahoma, that’s not even possible. Texas, elect more Republicans and never worry about quorums again.

HHS Secretary RFK Jr. joined Gov. Stitt today to promote Make Oklahoma Healthy Again. Stitt signed an EO for healthier food in schools, prisons, and state facilities and called for removing junk food and soda from SNAP. A step toward better health for Oklahoma.

Saw this full-page ad in today’s paper pushing abortion pills by mail, with a USPS drop box front and center. Of all days, it ran on Father’s Day. We should be honoring life, not finding ways to end it. As a pro-life father, I found it heartbreaking. If these pills are being shipped into Oklahoma, we need to put a stop to it. I will be exploring legislation to do just that.

In my first session, President Coolidge’s words rang true: “It is much more important to kill bad bills than to pass good ones.” We fought off bad policy—but we also got good things done: cut income taxes by 0.25%, eliminated lower brackets, passed tort reform, and created business courts. Proud to stand for limited government with strong conservative allies. #OKLeg

@Maximus_11_11 This bill has more lives than a stray cat. It keeps dying and coming back because some folks are dead set on collecting data on our kids for workforce tracking. I don’t care if it’s “anonymous.” We shouldn’t be mining student data. Period.

Today we honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice is the reason we live in freedom. This Memorial Day, may we never forget the cost of liberty. God bless our fallen heroes and the nation they served.

SB1027 passed the Senate this morning on a party-line vote, 39–7, and is now headed to the Governor’s desk. Here’s a breakdown of the vote.

Out-of-state money is hijacking Oklahoma’s initiative process—paying people to gather signatures in OKC & Tulsa while bypassing rural voters. SB1027 fixes that by: • Capping how many signatures can come from one county • Banning out-of-state funding • Requiring transparency in paid signature gathering Every voice should count. #okleg

@Liborio4 With all due respect, we don’t pledge allegiance to a Democracy. We pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and the Republic for which it stands.

@SenatorGuthrie Your post says you will silence people once a number YOU feel is sufficient. The state is a democracy. What you are doing is giving an imbalance of power. "Ensures state wide participation"... NO it rips participation AWAY from folks in favor of other folks.

Totally understand that. This one is tough. I respect the citizen initiative process, but I also believe it should reflect the will of the whole state, not just the metro areas and out-of-state influence. SB1027 isn’t about silencing voices, it’s about making sure everyone’s voice has a chance to be heard.

Not at all. Every voice should count—which is exactly why SB1027 matters. Right now, a few urban locations can supply nearly all the signatures needed, sidelining the rest of the state. This bill ensures statewide participation so rural voters aren’t ignored. That’s real representation.
