The Constitution of Kenya Article 43 (1) outlines the most BASIC responsibility of gov't to her pple on access to HEALTH, EDUCATION, HOUSING, FOOD of acceptable quality, clean WATER in adequate quantities & SOCIAL SECURITY.

Gachagua is a consequence of this system which has become DYSFUNCTIONAL that all we do when we get power is to take state resources/opportunities, share with our friends, families and tribes. The DP is an accident out of us getting rid of MERITOCRACY that we now reward CRONYISM!
