And the data you linked to from LAUSD shows schools that have 90% latino student sites in low income areas having dual immersion programs

@usermaynotexist @panchoUSofA @NobleQAli I was engaging under the argument made by OP, that a need for bilingual skills in jobs is a tool to exclude Black adults from the candidate pool. Assuming of course that the Black children who are deprived of access to dual immersion opportunities would naturally become adults
