Struggling with my motivation mojo for my morning runs and gym sessions 🙈😡 I’m guessing it’s psychologically associated with retirement and no next deployment to prepare for 😰🫣🤷🏻I’m making myself do it, but the enjoyment is missing. I need a new focus 👍👊 Life is never easy
