Team USA (Ethan, Joe, Connor, and Catie) win the annual Snowflake Games! Great competition and teamwork all around. @SenecaFamily

Sheairs had a HUGE night at our Olympic Conference meet. 2nd in the hurdles (and a PR) and 3rd in the high jump! McCafferty crushed his former PR in the 3200! Sand had a 10 second PR in the 800 to add to the highlights.

The hard work is paying off! Several PRs tonight at The Bubble: 1600 - Mejia-Ranno (5:22) 55HH - Sheairs (8.02) 55 - Realley (7.36) 3200 - Lera (11:21) and McCafferty (11:25) Great job, boys!

Back to the Bubble tonight for SJ action! PRs for M. Cutts (55, 55 HH), Tiver (shot put), Perez-Moreno (400 and 55), Realley (800 and 55), and Xenakis (400) Sheairs finished 4th overall with a PR of 8.05 in the 55HH and 3rd overall in the high jump!

Updates from State Relays: The 55 shuttle hurdle team of M. Cutts, Xenakis, E. Cutts, and Sheairs finished 3rd in the state with a time of 32.03! Sheairs and Perez-Moreno finished 3rd in the state for the high jump relay! @SenecaFamily

Highlights from our first meet: Mason Cutts placed first in 55 hurdles (8.64) Ethan Cutts placed 3rd in the hurdles (8.77) and 1st in the 400m (55.19) Nick Perez-Moreno placed 5th in the 400m (57.89) Will Xenakis ran splits of 24.5 and 55.6 in the 200 and 400 Great job boys!

Connor McCafferty posted a HUGE PR of 17:52 today at Olympic Conference Championships! Connor has knocked off two full minutes since the start of the season.

Dom Lera (18:32) and Connor McCafferty (18:52) led the team yet again today at the BC Open! Joel Sand delivered a huge PR in the JV race!

Sophomore Dom Lera (18:16) and junior Connor McCafferty (18:45) posted huge PRs to lead the Golden Eagles today at the SJ Open!
