Resident Evil: Requiem is a contender for my game of the year. What an excellent experience. It combines the tense survival horror of RE 7 with the action of RE 4 in a way that feels very satisfying. It also gave me an incredible urge to play RE 2 Remake again.

Code Vein 1 in terms of the actions you take, but easy to achieve and more satisfying. In short- if you liked the first game, you'll like Code Vein 2. I can see a second playthrough in my future.

I have finished Code Vein 2. This is a game I was very excited for because I thought it would never happen. My general thoughts: combat and visuals have improved. The soundtrack still slaps hard. The changes they made to the magic system are baffling.
