I got completely scammed for a full year. FuckFuck!!! This story goes back to May last year. This guy @rardedd messaged me on Telegram saying there was a hypeliquid EVM dApp and that the token @neko_hl was currently at a 15M FDV, and asked if I wanted to buy in at a 10M FDV deal. So I looked into it, and there actually used to be something called Hypurr Chat where you could buy tokens before hyperliquid listings. The token was indeed around 15M FDV there, and when tokens listed from Hypurr Chat, prices were extremely volatile because of liquidity issues. So I thought maybe they were selling OTC because of liquidity. I also believed the hyperevm dApp would launch soon, so I decided to hold long term and invested $50,000. They showed me a demo, said the dApp would come out soon, token launch soon, everything looked like it was moving but then delays kept happening and 6 months passed. I started asking what was going on, and suddenly they said they would change my deal to an 8M FDV. That’s when it started to feel really suspicious. The new terms were: 30d cliff, 0 linear vest 8M FDV Check Size $50,000 $0.06666667 per token 750,000 NEKO tokens I said okay and kept waiting again. Then another 4 months passed. Today, they suddenly launched the token. The $50,000 worth of tokens I bought is now worth about $300. And there’s basically no liquidity, so I can’t even sell. This is a complete scam. @neko_hl @rardedd And now they’re talking about “M&A negotiations” and saying they can’t refund but they’ll “try their best.” Who the hell is going to acquire your useless project? Absolute scam. Fuck Fuck Fuck
