Celebrating the anniversary of my album ‘0304’ 💛 I LOVE THIS ALBUM. Funny to think it was so controversial to make a pop album. It’s common place now. But back then? You would have thought I harmed children. This album is fun but also smart. My goal was to write a pop smash that was not about love. You can name the pop hits on one hand that are not about love. Instead, I wrote it about following your heart - no matter what the critics say. And god bless the gay community because they showed up and we made this song a top 5 hit!
