@SentHerForward @KathrynBatte Respectfully there’s a difference between being a positive media source, and platforming someone like Willie Kirk…and making a joke about sexual assault on your professional account. So I guess we might just have to disagree here

It was disappointing to read Hannah Hampton’s comments about “the media” focusing on goalkeeper mistakes. She has been rightly celebrated in recent years. Broadcasters often refrain from clipping GK errors. Social media is different to traditional media. telegraph.co.uk/football/2026/…

@calcfc12 @KathrynBatte Journalists are not there to be a positive media source - although when it comes to women's football, they are generally a lot more so than in men's football.

@KathrynBatte She’s been abused by the media for years and you are making this into a bigger deal then it needs to be which is proving her point exactly. But also you aren’t really one to be talking about being a positive media source…are you?

@KathrynBatte @JacquiOatley And a bit naïve. She's talking about performances, which is exactly what footballers should be scrutinised over. I love Hampton, rate her highly. But how can she argue with criticism of goalkeeping mistakes? And as for the responses, what world do these posters live in?

@Lionesses @FIFAWWC Khiara Keating seemingly well out of favour. Since 22nd Feb she has played 6 games for City whereas Ellie Roebuck only has 4 starts in same period for Villa. All very strange.

Faith Gibbons is your final Player of the Match for the 25/26 season 🧤 Her performance in Sunday’s cup final was calm and composed, along with making some excellent 1v1 saves to help keep us in the game. A big performance from a young player. Well done Faith 👏🏼

📹 "It sounds so much better to say you finished second than third, doesn't it? I think the girls knew that. But also, I just said, let's not end the season on a low." Emma Pearmine reflects on Sunday and finishing second in the league. 🔗 youtu.be/EAbGjirFQRc #UpTheFlyers

We still await the conclusion of our Reserves’ @FAWNL league campaign. As it stands, we remain 🔝 of the table, 3 points clear of Cheltenham Town with a +3 goal difference. However, for the second time, their final league fixture vs QPR has been postponed. We remain patient...
