🧵 Public Testimony: Severe Medical Error and Systemic Institutional Abuse in the Netherlands
(HPV vaccine, denial of care, falsified records, intimidation)
We are the parents of a girl who received two doses of the HPV vaccine just 13 days apart — completely outside of any medical protocol.
From the beginning, we were told:
“This is how it's done in the Netherlands – the vaccine is repeated after two weeks.”
After three years, doctors finally admitted:
“It was a mistake. You paid for everything yourselves. The child seems better. What more do you want now?”
✅ What really happened:
– Our daughter suffered arm paralysis, vision loss, fainting, severe pain, and months of being bedridden
– She was later diagnosed with an arachnoid cyst in the left temporal lobe (confirmed by MRI)
– Her medical file was kept hidden for 3 years, then falsified to cover the mistake
– Instead of explanations, we were told she was "self-harming" and that “it was her fault”
– To this day, we still don’t know what vaccine was used — lot number, brand, and name are missing
❌ How the system treated us:
– AMC Amsterdam – our case was entirely ignored, no real support was provided
– UMCG Groningen (children's hospital) – denied us a consultation without explanation, despite the urgency
– UMC Utrecht – a university professor, pediatric immunologist and medical docent, refused any evaluation.
Without ever examining our daughter, he dismissed any vaccine link and said:
“Rather than help you, I’d rather enjoy a peaceful retirement.”
– Emergency hospitals told us: “There are no doctors available, everyone’s on vacation”
– Family doctor: sent us to a psychologist, without conducting any physical examination
– 112 (Emergency services), after the hospital refused admission:
“Go home. Be smart enough to keep your mouth shut.”
🧨 Instead of help, we received:
– Systematic refusals for any form of real medical testing
– Private medical results (paid out-of-pocket) were ignored
– Constant psychological pressure
– Direct and indirect threats: “If you speak up, you’ll face serious problems”
– Institutional attacks even from the school, which chose to discredit our child rather than support her
We never wanted scandal. We only asked for truth and proper medical care.
We were treated as a threat simply for seeking answers.
We were blamed as parents.
A sick child was accused of “self-harm” instead of being helped.
For our daughter.
For all vulnerable children.
So that no parent ever has to go through what we endured.
