I’m going to adopt a different approach. The cycle of fasting followed by binge has only led to repetitive loss and gain of the same weight, no progress. I will now transition to do omads. I’m very disappointed in myself.

things i did while c/sing in our new apartment😇(it's been 2 days) -poured ice cream all over my pillow and bed -got the toilet stuck bc i threw 7394 tissues,then spat more food -got my bedroom floor sticky asf bc the spat up ice cream apparently leaked through the plastic bags<3
