Almost opposite from the truth: Central TV time zone easily the best. Primetime starts at 7, late night TV starts 10:30, and you don’t have weird delay that puts you in the past, behind Eastern. You start when things ACTUALLY start, just an hour earlier

Time Zone Rankings: 1. MTN - A perfect remove from the tyranny of EST without being alienated (sports start at like 5pm, which rules) 2. PST.
