The faucet is currently out of funds, will hopefully have some more later today, tomorrow at worst

@ThothTrustCom possible, a lot easier for someone to create a new Ethereum address than for them to create a new Twitter account which is why we use Twitter usernames to track usage on our faucet

Wouldn't it be a implementation to track down abuse of faucet funds by tracking ETH txn on relevant testnets & their last requested fund timestamp against a list of public faucet addresses rather than to use social media messages ? This could clot up social media posts.

Fixed the RPC endpoint error, faucet running again. Proceed all the ones I think failed.
