This is v interesting from @KnutReinert and colleagues, faster than COBS and mantis for approximate search. Reminds me to re-read the DREAM-yara paper also (academic.oup.com/bioinformatics…). These guys on fire recently!

I am excited to share that I will be starting a new position at @decodegenetics one week from now! I took a break (more or less) off social media these last months after handing in my thesis, but I will be returning to #bioinformatics, #cpluspus and general nerd twitter soon :)
