Any story post TROS should explore the dyad. I really want more mystical force stuff going forward. Restarting the jedi and dealing with imperial stragglers is already part of the story post ROTJ but Reylo is unique to the sequels. We can do a lot of different things with it.

@ct_girlie First thing I thought of too. I’ve defended it in the past but it’s really not worth defending 😅 the movie would work just fine without it. Could’ve easily been anything else or nothing at all. I just hope Oscar didn’t mind because I like to think he’d have vetoed it if he did.

The CG Yoda looks more like the original puppet than the puppet from The Last Jedi. The TLJ puppet came out wrong, especially around the mouth, and as a result Yoda looks constantly addled and constipated.

I appreciate the many people rightfully pointing out the times Rey was in danger and the stakes were very real, but more important for why I feel and care and get invested in Rey as a character and worry for her is in her emotional/spiritual battles, it’s there she gets crushed.

You know what the Sequel Trilogy needed? Rey losing a fight. It became hard to feel scared for her when she never lost a duel, unlike Obi-Wan, Anakin, and Luke.

Of all of Vader’s kills the replies have decided this is the most controversial one??? Watto probably had other slaves and just seeing that pissed him off, or he remembered anything about his own slavery, or his mother’s, or literally anything else. He’s not mentally stable.
