Yesterday we FaceTimed @cpoulich8s sister, a nurse and her husband, a navy veteran, being in two very different fields of work that pull them in opposite directions, #compartmentalizing their life at home from their lives at work is how they make it work!

This quote gives me #empowerment everyday. Playing a game and a sport where we are only as good as how many times we fail it can be hard to over come those failures. Once you realize how much stronger they make you, you allow yourself to grow in ways you can’t imagine!
