@supervijon no, no hay demo como tal. Pero si lo compras y no te gusta por cualquier motivo, tienes 14 dias para devolverlo en la tienda de Meta (siempre que no hayas jugado mas de 2 horas)

@mose429 The game can place the buildings on top of tables or beds, so it can be played in bedrooms or smaller play areas than in the trailer. But yours looks like it's gonna be too small for that too, not gonna lie 🙁

@Sneaky_Taco Yeah, they should work fine. The legacy API thing only means they won't have improved graphics or other new features, though

@SerHidal I read a post out there somewhere you had mentioned cosmodread used an old legacy api.. tempted to get quest 3 as my q2 broke but... will dreadhalls and CD work on it? I could stand to play them again!

@Lucasfe85360958 I wasn't planning to, but I still might. Won't be a huge change even if that's the case, though

Working on handtracked UI interactions for my new game. Found out that pinching and dragging physical buttons is much easier and fun than UIs based around aiming at flat rectangles with your finger

@HBloodedHeroine It also takes advantage of the pinching pose, which is easier to recognize (according to Meta). In fact when pulling back you are moving the entire hand, so as long as the tracking system doesn't lose the pinching pose, finger position doesn't matter

@HBloodedHeroine They're harder to use in VR without actual physical feedback. And aiming your finger with precision can be hard due to imperfect tracking. With pinching, you only need to be close enough to the button to start the interaction, and pulling back doesn't require that much precision

@benz145 That’s a great idea! Agreed that the default “poke & pull” interaction doesn’t work terribly well in hand tracked UIs

@SerHidal This looks pretty nice! One thing I’ll say as someone who’s experimented a lot with hand tracked ui is - just watch out for lots of repetitive motion and muscle strain. Users can get tired quick.

Yay! A new game! I'm excited to see what you've been working on. Let me know if you need anyone to do any testing or would like to showcase it on the channel. Loved your stuff for a long time! I still can't believe I completed Cosmodread, one of the very few horror VR games I liked so much I forced myself to play until I beat it.
