Surprisingly it doesn't! High fees are mainly meant for arb bots who are arbing between different exchanges. They take the trade even if there's a small profit. This happens so fast, it won't even affect retail traders, by the time the action is over pool is back to normal. Toxic flow because the pool is selling an asset that's mispriced, dynamic fee fixes it.
