@Seraphic_Blade2 The same can be applied to Ghost as well. Kinda funny it took until Gen 4 for there to be a Pokemon League without any duplicate/same evo line mons in all teams even if the Sinnoh league had questionable lineups in DP

That's really more of a generation issue because between Gen 1 and 2, there's really only a handful of dragon Pokemons available. By General 5, Iris has a ton of options on her plate.
